On older version of VC and on 4.6 same error. Google App Engine as server. Why I My getting this error, If I disable VC its fine. PHP 5.5.

does post grid needs feature image to display or it can fetch first image from post? because its only displaying vc blue logo instead of image

Im having trouble updating the Visual composer to version 4.6. Is this an issue, or should I wait for another update?

Trying to upgrade to 4.6 but the updater gets stuck during the process and I end up having to delete the .maintenance file from my WP root just to get my site back online. I noticed others are having other issues as well. I was planning on uploading the new plugin via FTP. Should I wait till a new patch is released?

Hello, Finally got my theme author to update us with new 4.6 version. Excellent work thus far .

I also got the ‘cannot redeclare hex2rgb from theme_functions.php’, but I removed the hex2rgb function from my theme file and it installed, and so far seems to be okay. Though that is probably not the correct solution.

Also, I love the new tabs, I use them a lot on my site and needed the tab-id customizable. It is and that is perfect.

Though 1 question about that: Any way to get it to jump to the tab id from a link in one of the tabs? For instance:

Tab 1 (id: tab-1) —Some text here for example Tab 2 (id: tab-2) —Some text here with a ‘link’ linking to tab ID tab-3 Tab 3 (id: tab-3) —Some text here for example

I do it like that, and it does not work. Not sure if it is a bug, or I am simply missing something. It does work if I copy ‘www.domain.com/info/tab-3’ and paste into URL bar, it auto goes to tab 3, but doesn’t work like that IN one of the other tabs.

Hi, i buy the bridge theme with visual composer and im trying to insert an image with the “image hover” option. The problem is tha the image did not resize with the rest of the web (its responsive) with single images inserted via visual composer, i got no problem, the images resizes fine, but when i try the “hover” option, just didnt resize propertly.

I use vc_add_param to add options for the row and use a custom vc_row.php template.

Since 4.6 I can’t access any custom parameters from the template.

Neither with

or

$atts = vc_map_get_attributes( $this->getShortcode(), $atts );
extract( $atts );

Any change about this? Is it still possible to extend the row parameters?

I use VC on several sites and it would be great if I could update without losing my additional params

When I update the plugin I have to delete the old version and install the new version…what happens to my custom CSS I have added into each page/post/product? Does it remain integrated with the newly installed version or does it get deleted along with the old plugin?

I just have a strange thing that is happening for the posts grid item. When I write in my page address (which has the posts grid item on it), it does not display. If I just refresh the page, then it show up. This behvaiour happens all the time. The posts grid only show up upon refreshing the page, and not when the page is first entered.

Do you have any ideas what this can be?

Hello, I purchased the North Theme and this plugin came prepacked and I was having issues with the update. So I purchased your plugin to obtain my own copy and I having the same problems with upgrading. I get two error messages, the first is “An error occurred while updating WPBakery Visual Composer: To receive automatic updates license activation is required. Please visit Settings to activate your Visual Composer.” Then I would click on the “Settings” link that is highlighted in the previous message and I get this “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.” Will someone please tell me what is going on? I am trying to upgrade through the backend of WP. I am looking forward to a swift solution, thank you!

Hi, just purchased a new Extended license for a theme and it doens’t work on the hosting server) On localhost it works, but on hosting it disable the content editor and looks like – http://take.ms/RTaD9 – http://take.ms/dmSjS Do you have any idea what can cause this issue? i have dissabled all plugin, does’t help.

Hi! Like your plugin. I have a feature request for coming update. It’s the “posts grid”. There is no “Design options” setting. I need that because I want no empty space after the item, and setting to “0” on the design options is the only way to force to get without this empty space that seem to be default.

I have set rows and columns and everything else I can think of to zero. But the space don’t go away, so I think I would need such option on the item itself too.

What do you think? And is this something you can consider updating? It would be great if one could set that “default space” oneself somewhere for your plugin. Because most of the time I try to get rid of this space. And then if I need it somewhere I could just change it there.
