I need a booking system where there can be three parties involved who book at different times.

A consultant, his client and the third party are involved.

So we have a consultant (the admin), who sets his/her available dates / timeslots in the calendar. This calendar should be “personally” send/be available only to the client. (Maybe I can do that by creating a post instead of placing the calendar on a page?) The client makes a selection from this date/timeslots the consultant has entered into the calendar.

After that the third party needs to make his selection out of the selections of the client (so he should not see the consultants possibilities, but only the clients).

I hope you understand what I mean. Is this possible with your plugin?

How do you display the calendar on a page, I can’t find anything in the documentaion

I want to add court booking at my tennis club. There is no payment, which makes it simpler, but we have three courts and require variable slot booking from 30 minutes up to a maximum of 240 minutes. Is this easily possible?

Hi, I hope you can help with my pre sales queries.

We have a venue with two halls which we hire out, a small hall and a large hall.

The small hall is only hired out on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays by the hour at £10 per hour.

The large hall is also only hired out on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. On Fridays the hall is hired out at £20 per hour with a minimum hire of 4 hours. On Saturdays the hall is hired out for 3 fixed time blocks with fixed prices, 10am to 1.30pm block = £60 2pm-to 5.30pm block = £60 6pm to 11.30pm block = £150. On Sundays the hall is hired out for 3 fixed time blocks with fixed prices, 10am to 1.30pm block = £60 2pm-to 5.30pm block = £60 6pm to 11.00pm block = £120.

When a hall is booked the customer must pay the full fee by PayPal.

Can your plugin facilitate this arrangement? And specifically - can we set a minimum booking period for a specific day (4 hours on a Friday) - when a booking is made for the large hall can we also set the small hall to booked for those time slots where this is relevant if the small hall is available. This is a nice to have feature and is not critical.

Also, we want to set the pricing once and for this to be the pricing for all future dates i.e. have the site function without us having to administer it regularly, it needs to simply run and we only change the pricing as and when we need to.

I appreciate that not all of these features may be possible but if you could please give me info on what of the above we can do with your plugin it would be appreciated.

Hi, this looks really close to my need to book a number of rooms I hour slots, and display all rooms together in a single calendar .. Fab.

Will it stop people booking the same room at the same time, the free version allows this, so we would end up with double bookings. Also can I reduce the text on the calendar booking, I don’t need th time as it is already in a time slot.

I am interested in using your plugin for the booking system. My client has a tattoo shop. His shop has 3 artists. Each artist has his own diary.

Website visitors should be able to

1. Select A Tattoo Artist 2. Pick a date 3. Choose a time slot on that date

Additional requirements

1. Bookings are to be made by hourly slots. 2. Between the hours of 10am-6pm. 3. Additional comments to be allowed by customer at time of booking 4. Ability to attach files to booking (such as image files of artwork they like)

Finally a confirmation email and confirmation window should appear.

Payment should be able to be made in either

1. Full payment 2. £20 deposit per hour slot booked

Administrator should be able to set days in a calender an artist is available. Some times an artist is a guest artist and available one week every three weeks. In this case should be an easy way to set days as available rather then have to spend a lot of time setting days as unavailable.

Finally would like a way when placing a booking that the calender jumps to the first available date. Or a button allowing someone to do this.

Is all the above possible with your fantastic looking plugin.

I attempted to go to your front end demo page and admin demo page but neither are loading. Can you advise I will purchase today if this is the right solution.

I need a booking system for booking rooms, in which a number of different rooms can be booked. The customers will need to put in a start and finish time, and that room needs to be unavailable for anyone else to book during that time. I also need a customisable form, but I don’t need a payment system or anything like that.

I need the front-end calendar to show what has already been booked and the times it is booked. (I believe I can do this if each room is a different “schedule”).

Will your plugin be suitable for these needs?
