Hi Sadia, I have upgraded v2.1.0 but unfortunately none of my update/check list has counted in this release. Very sad to see this as I have been waiting for this around a month.

CRM > List contacts - Need to add Customer Name and company name separately. - Doesn’t show customer picture, need to fix it.
Bank & Cash > Transfer fund from different currency. (Ie: USD >> BDT or USD to SGD or SGD to BDT). U can used xe.com for rate calculation. > Show balance sheet based on each account & currency
Sales > List of the Invoice Table, please add company name > New Invoice - Item Code/Part# put 1st column - Item Name 2nd column - Invoice to Company and Attn: Person should be separate (See PDF copy top-left)
Bank & Account: > New Account add Bank/Branch Name > Add Account with currency dropdown (Ie: BDT, SGD, USD, MYR)
Product & Service: > Add Product - Product Part# - Add Product SL#
My Account: > Add/Edit Profile: - Add Picture, Mobile, Facebook, Google+, Linkedin Profile (same like contact more setting).
Setting: > Logo: - Add Login screen logo (share recommend size, ie: 300×100) - Add Main Logo (after login top-right) - Add INVC logo Basically same logo might be use but different size
> Manage User: - Add current Employee role to Finance. - Add Employee User/role to (without Transaction, Bank & cash, Utility, Setting) - Add Customer User/role (to see belongs to their order, product, and invoice only)

I have updated based on feedback’s & priority lists which need to be fixed. The features is almost same till now when I first released. Making it multi currency will need lot’s of work, I will have to check this, implement this, test this. I have replied your email previously and told you I will need time for this as multi currency is related to all modules – e.g. dashboard, all reporting pages, invoicing & everywhere. I will try my best to add this but I can’t confirm you or I don’t have ETA at this moment, your patience is appreciated. Here is the reply for your other queries-
- I will add an option for company name in next release. The picture should be showing in lists & profile, if not email me your ftp, so that I can check this in your installation.
- Can you please tell me more about Product Part#, I think I am not following, may be it will not require for service related item ? Give me some idea how can I implement this. Let’s say a user don’t like this additional column as this user selling only service. I tried to follow the current trends & standard when I made this.
- I don’t think it’s so important to add Administrator pictures, Facebook, Google+, Linkedin Profile but I will consider this on next release.
- In case of User Experience (UX) design, I don’t think it’s good to add 3 fields to upload same logo. And regarding your recommend size ( 300×100), everyone’s logo is not same ratio by widths & heights. I am instructing you so that you can do this yourself-
1) To edit login screen logo simply edit login.tpl file inside ui/theme/softhash folder.
2) To edit Application logo which is showing after login, edit ui/theme/softhash/sections/header.tpl
3) To edit invoice logo, edit – sysfrm/vendors/invoices/pdf-x2.php file

There is no Add Blank Line button after edit the Invoice which I created…
While creating an Invoice after adding two blank lines its the browser window start hang for few minutes when adding quantity and prices
I just tested again, it’s working fine from me. I set an automation to reset data every 30 minutes. However, as you didn’t purchased yet, I am suggesting you, Please do not purchase unless you are sure that everything is working fine & you really need this. I really need to have this and testing all the parts the problem is calculation… When there is large number of data set in quantity and the price the automatic calculation start stuck… May be you will add some button of update and once I press it. It will calculate the invoice! You can also check add 4 blank lines and few quantity and price and it will start hanging the browser window after 2 or 3 lines…
What about the add blank line button? When edit invoice?

I am interested with your work. Nice and well done. I try looking up and do some test the function on the demo link provided by you.
1. I found an error on Tax function and it not working properly. The product without tax are calculated with tax.
2. Can you adding search function for invoice number.
3. Can you adding search invoice by day or week or month.
4. Can you create an different account which has a limited use of the function. For deletion of data must be an administrator and for the person who are incharge for key in the data should be other account.
5. Can you adding up the GST ID on the system and also on the printed invoice which can be applied for the country with the Good and Services Tax (GST).
6. Can you adding the template on the Term and Condition. The version right now must key in manually to do so.
7. The income vs expense report might be a mistake on the text below. Total Expense This Month: ??? 614,00 (Total Income) Total Income This Month: ??? 251,99 (Total Expense)
8. and the last one is could you add the function for restore database.

Hello, Account can be renamed / edited. But I am not sure about any case that will require deleting an account in live use. Although deleting account option is available. If you delete an account transactions will not effect as it is related to total reports. Transactions table will stay same. A live demo with full options enabled is available.
