One email is sending even though cart is having multiple gift vouchers

Hello,

When the user gets a copy of their gift receipt, the [total] shortcode in the email seems to be outputting the TOTAL of the cart and not just the total of the gift card. Please advise.

And say I’m set up with PayPal… Am I double charged for the transactions? Once when they buy the gift card and then again when they use it?

I have purchased “Woocommerce Gift Card” plugin. i am not familiar about this plugin. so me i question is that when i add new product and check Gift option and fill up Gift card option field. i fill Duration of coupon expiry and Expiry Date field. but i am confuse in last “Exclude products by ID” field. so please inform which id i add in this field..?

Another question: I saw there was a feature that lets you set the expiration date for the coupons, but this is the wrong way to go about it. I don’t want to set a certain expiration date to all coupons, I want to make them expire in 6 months from purchase. Can that be done?

Hello, I was trying to use the plugin and I occurred some issues and errors, First, while creating a new gift card, it doesn’t support variable prices, and even when I’m trying the regular product type, there is no form to receive the sender email nor the sending to email, so how does it work?

Also, I would like to know where can I manage and see the purchased gift cards, and also I would like to know where can the user print down the gift card code while submitting their carts.

Can you please confirm if the value of a gift card covers the purchase amount, does user still need to go through payment gateway?

Let’s say gift card value is $200 and the purchase total is $175.

1) Does user still get redirected to payment gateway and should enter their payment and credit card info?

2) Can the balance be used for another purchase and be tracked?

I have create discount coupon “testingdis$49” with user email restrictions(email1@gmail.com, email2@gmail.com), but its not working properly, so i want to set that coupon for two email address.

E.g. If i place order with email “email3@gmail.com” and when i apply coupon “testingdis$49” on checkout page then it will appled on cart total, but it should not apply on cart total, because i have create this coupon for email1@gmail.com, email2@gmail.com.

So can you please give me solution? how can i set user email restrictions on coupon?

I have purchased another gift card plugin, while it does track any charges to it, it doesn’t refund the value back to the card if the item is returned or the order is canceled. How does yours track the cards value. Does it account for returns? Do you have a live demo with the back end available for demo?

Can you please remove “You’ve received the Gift Voucher with kind heart…” from the default email template.

It is not very good English grammar and absolutely not applicable in all cases. If you must have it in there, please make it an optional checkbox.

Does this plugin allow for partial use of the card. Ex a gift card for $50 and the person buys $25 do they still have $25 on their card? Or it a one time use item?

Usage limit seems to have disappeared from the Products page. In your docs screenshot you have Usage Limit, but now there is “Duration of coupon expiry” in its place. Is usage limit always 1 now?

We need to find a solution for gift vouchers and woo commerce We need the plugin to… - instantly email a voucher upon purchasing one - able to pick a spa treatment / package rather than a dollar amount - able to pick a $ amount from $20 and up - able to send pdf voucher direct to customer or recipient for $ amount (min $20) - able to send a pdf voucher direct to customer or recipient for a particular treatment without the $ amount on the voucher (ie you have been gifted a “massage package” etc..) - need to be able to email direct to the 3rd party
