I’m planning on purchasing EventON and the RSVP addon, but I’ve got a few questions left. Along with the names of the attendees, their company (which is a BuddyPress profile field) also has to be displayed on both the frontend and the backend. Is this possible with EventON? And can the attendees be displayed in a sortable list? (either built in or using an action or a filter)
currently you would need to do custom work to get those connected and displayed in the events
Is there a hook available that would allow this kind of functionality? Either modifying the existing list or replacing it entirely would work for me.
yes there are pluggable hooks for adding and showing this info
Events which have passed..Are they automaticly removed from the list or you need to do it mannualy? Tnx!
from the calendar list on front-end, if you have set shortcode variables to do so then it will not show past events

Hello, I want to purchase this plugin and I have have some question. Since we do not have many events and sometimes no events in certain months, I was going to purchase your addon as well to show the lists as upcoming events. Can this be set as a widget on the footer as grid with the pop up? Or maybe it’s better to buy the FULL Cal? Is there a way for the FULL CAL widget to pop up the event instead of the accordion effect? Since it is on the footer…it would not look good. And Can I make a page with all the events? Thanks.

and you can use the basic event list as well to hide empty months

you can use our sync addon http://www.myeventon.com/addons/sync-events/ to pull events from google and sync to eventon calendar

CSV addon you can only import using CSV file HENCE the name. and no neither of these are automated at the moment
Wondering if the image area can be changed dimension wise? like I have 600×900-pixel flyers. Which would be a vertical orientation….I’m sure with css this is possible?

I am making a web site based on WordPress and Woocommerce where each product is a travel tour. Customers should be able to select from a calendar, the date and departure time of the tour. As well, the tour will provide different pricing based on type of individuals (Adults, Seniors, Children, Students) so customers should be able to choose what type of individuals are being booked and how many.

Hey it appears that with the latest version the admin panel is bugged – basically clicking on any of the settings doesn’t do anything. THink it has something to do with the jquery
Also: is it just me or is there no way to select which image size should be used (thumbnail, mediul, large, full, etc.) This is a major SEO issue and it should be addressed.

oh ok thanks for that. I’ll have a look – probably just a caching issue. In regards to the image size, I’m referring to the event featured images, which are displayed on event cards. By default the full size featured image is used (which is a pagespeed issue). I’d like to be able to determine an image size which should be used (example: “thumbnail”, “large”, etc.) – basically one of the either native image sizes or one of the image sizes which you define in functions.php
That was the plugin doesn’t just output a full resolution image when a 700×400 is more than enough.
Yes the full size of featured image is used. and I recommend using a size that is needed and not anything bigger.
