on Product Builder page I am creating an A0 size poster, and I can only see a little fraction of the top left corner of the design, although everywere else it looks just fine. Do you have a solution so I can see and edit the whole page on the admin side too? It is also incredibly slow, although I am on a dedicated server with 32gb ram and a few TB free on my HD.

When the builder initializes on the front end, the thing is so UBER MASSIVE that no human would bare to stay on the page and customize a product, considering it spans the entire page and the elements menu is not able to be seen during customization. #dogpoo

Is there a way to resolve this?

If neither of my issues can be dealt with I will have to declare this product a fail, take it behind the barn, shoot it, bury it, and refund it…

When I click on the add element button it first shows me an option to “Choose from designs”. Is there a way to go directly to designs when no other elements are being used?

Hi, what is the easy and fast way to create product mask – that transparent PNG file. I have jpg women’s t-shirt with white background, and i can’t find a way to prepare transparent background of it.

Good day – PRE PURCHASE QUESTION I would like to know if the following will be possible? The client must upload a picture for a ‘background’ and then be able to add 1 of 3 pictures I supply to the background. (Nearly like the t-shirt demo, but in reverse. Client gives the t-shirt (background) and I give 3 designs that they can choose from that they can place on their background. Then download it.

Is there an example of how to use the bounding box on an item? (Preferably a video) For example a tshirt?

Seems like alot of guesswork if using the co-ordinates… My idea for a workaround is to use a blank png corresponding with our available printable area and set that as the bounding box – Although I would like to know how to use co-ordinates properly.

was this issue resolved which michalexpromo had? i hope it is otherwise its useless plugin for him is it compatible with wordpress 4.15 and woo 2.3.8 or there will be some bugs this kind of plugin are mostly for different kind of print busineses, so many requests for cmyk, bleed, 300dpi, vector,... all what is directly connected with print and this kind of plugins and so little support not just this plugin all of them, looks like they are just for teasing and after you buy it and see its missing all those thing to make it useable and start to search for somebody to customize, cause developer doesnt understand specifics of print business or doesnt want to listen buyers

can you make this kind of plugin, if you can please do so and put double price and there will be thousands of people who will buy it or is it technicaly impossible

I have already posted this to the community forums but I believe this is an issue that will benefit the community here if it gets answered. I have used Fancy Product Designer to create this site: http://cytaty-szeridan.pl/

The plugin is great but the main reason we have chose it was the ability to expert the design as vector. We have some problems with fonts in the export (font names are not properly saved) but my main issue with rotated elements. Every time we rotate an element by even one degree it gets totally screwed up during the export. The question is: What can I do to sort out this issue?

Any feedback would be great as this issue is a huge problem for me.

1.Designer allows you to make patterns (GeneRally speaking, patterns is small, simple, image-based or vector and is repeatable on both the x and y axes. Seamless / Tileable design ?

2. And Flip and mirror functions of an Artwork?

3. Duplicate of an Artwork?

How can I remove “Line Height” from the user end? I don’t want my customers to have this option on some (or all) of my products.

If a customer uploads a JPEG image file of their company logo and the file has a white background, how is this handled by Fancy Product Designer? I am assuming that the white background is visible and would have to be removed prior to actually printing the logo on the item.
