Hey Georgeiron, I am interested in plugin only for the reason that i have added my products with same name with different colours individually and all colours will have same attributes/variations so that means that Maya blue shirt and Maya red shirt are two different products but are having same sizes for example Large , Medium and Small.In this case if i have 20 different colour Maya shirts showing as twenty products then can i add their size attribute in one go through your plugin.I dont want adding same attribute twenty times in twenty colours separately though i can add in one and copy in rest of the ninteen through your plugin if possible.Please advise.
As far as i can understand, you need bulk adding an attribute, that’s supported in the plugin, enable “Linked editing” at the bottom and add variations (on the demo site).
OK Thanks and i have bought it now and have tried to explore it but if you kindly guide me a bit as if i am doing it right . 1- I have ten products with three sizes. 2- I will search this name and in bulk i add three sizes to all the products . 3-Then to add price for each variation in same products i search large size and in bulk add price for all large options and likewise for medium and small i do the same and now i get all the ten products with three sizes and each variation having different price.. Is it right way or there is a quicker way.to do all in one go . Please help.

Yes thanks a lot and just need bit of more support as i have created three sizes in each of five similar products but not finding a way to add price in variation of each size . Will it be done in plugin or going to admin >products and then add in each variations, which may not be the case but can you please advise.
I am not sure i follow, you can enable regular/sale prices and enter values within the plugin. Can you make a screenshot and send it to me via the form on the profile page?

Hey Georgeiron, I am interested in this plugin but am curious if it is like others that I have tried that delete a product’s CURRENT attribute(s) and then add on only the attributes that have been chosen for the current bulk edit. E.g. If a paint product has a Paint Color: Blue attribute and then I bulk edit ALL products to have a Finish:semi gloss attribute, will the paint product lose it’s color attribute but now have the semi gloss that I just bulked into them all? Thanks in advance!
P.S. As of current date does it work with the latest WP and Woocommerce?

I can’t quite understand your use case, you have total control over which products/what gets updated, it happens with the loaded products in the table only, so it is transparent. It would be best to try the plugin for yourself, follow the live preview link.
Latest wp/woocommerce are supported.

Thanks for quick reply. I didnt se the live preview area before to test, sorry. I did just check it out and it seems that I/we really cant save the changes we wish to make which I understand. Basically, what I have and what I tested in your live preview, is a list of products that ALREADY have attributes that I would like to bulk edit/add to WITHOUT removing the attributes they already have.
E.g. In your preview I just did the following: 1 – Clicked Get Products button to list all of them 2 – Chose to modify the first two products listed (“Gaudianello 1,5l (Copy)” and “Mariano De La People (Copy) (Copy)”). 3- chose to BULK ADD an attribute that they both do not share to see what the final list of attributes for each of them would be. 4-Cant see saved result but the question mark icon notes that it does ADD TO list of variations and doesnt say REPLACES variations). I do not want to REPLACE the variations that each of them might already have. So I think it will do what I want.
Is that any clearer? Sorry if it isnt but it seems this plugin might be what I am looking for. Thanks again in advance for you help and please correct me if I am wrong.

That is because of the design i chose, variations can have only one attribute term and I decided that replacing is the correct way to implement add.
Or maybe I should skip variations,I’ll think about it, you can use the selection manager to select products only.
I’m still a little confused, sorry. Let me put it into context that I will use it in and let you know in advance what I have.
Due to the last plugin I used I have already spent COUNTLESS hours putting all my products(1000s) into categories to to just Bulk Edit them in such as [category] “BULK EDIT Width 1.5” ”.
Now, that I have all products [physically] with a 1.5” property in a specific category to be modified, I bulk edited all products in that category to ADD the attribute “Media Width 1.5” ” to all products in that one VERY specific category.
However, after a recent Woo or WP update, not sure which, instead of ADDING the Media Width 1.5” attribute, it erases all the products’ previous attributes such as Media Height 3.5” and REPLACES them with the one attribute I just ‘bulked’; Media Width 1.5” This is all open source and I do know PHP & mySQL, so I have printed out the 30+ pages of code to see if I can locate & modify a conditional statement or something to make it work. Your plugin covers MUCH more and is better and I will play with your live demo more to see if I am missing something (incl. using the Selection Manager to accomplish this).
Hovering over the help icon (next to the Save Changes button) is what I think I’m interested in, which states:
Changes are saved on going to a different page of products, adding products/variations or via the ‘Save Changes’ button
It says ”...ADDING products/variations…” and not ”...REPLACING products/variatons…”

Tested and SOLVED! AWESOME! 1 – Used Selection Manager to select products based on condition (I did category contains: ‘test’) 2 – Clicked Bulk edit tab (to edit those selected in step 1), checked Set (attr) Color (chose blue (by selection, not typing)) 3 – The Color: Blue attribute was ADDED to all selected (and they STILL HAVE previous attributes (marca, modelo) 4-Additionally went and used the drop down to ‘AND SET visible on p.p.’, ‘AND SET Used for var.’ 5-Rechecked the changes and saw that all the previous variations which only had marca, modelo, NOW HAVE marca, modelo, AND Color. 6-Performed a happy dance & got ready to buy! Hahaha

One thing though. Once I click on the Bulk Edit to modify the selected items, is there a way to add/change an attribute other than Size or Color? I do not see how or where to add anything other than those two. Thanks in advance.
Well, those are the available woocommerce attributes, you can add new ones from their menu. Custom attributes are not supported currently but i plan to implement it these days.
Ok. Well, my primary interest in the plugin is to add/modify custom attributes. By custom attributes I mean ones that I made, not necessarily custom for just one product.
E.g. a custom “Media Width” attribute will be used for 400+ products whereas a custom attribute such as “Acrylic emulsion-based adhesive” will be custom for ONE product.
I need it mostly for the former [Media Width type] example.

I have bought the plugin and am doing EXACTLY what i did on the demo site but whe ni click the Save Changes button with the 4 items selected, it does not save the changes. I can see in the TABLE that the changes were [temporarily] added on in the table, but when I click the Save Changes, the table does not go dim and save the changes like it does in the demo. Help when you can, thanks!
That should indicate a javascript error, the click handler is not attached to the button.. Can you create me a temp login and send it to me via the profile page ? I’ll be going out for 2 hours(ish) and will take a look when i’m back.
Well, I am developing on localhost (WAMP) so I cant give a URL,sorry. I tested in Firefox and Chrome. When I do initially click the Get Products button though it does dim the table and then display the products. Also, I am on the same computer and browser(s) that I used for the demo site where it does work. Get back to me when you can. Thanks!

Seems like we got everything settled. The error must have been something on the previous computer. Maybe even a corrupted download/installation of the plugin. After coming home and installing it here, changing the memory_limit in php.ini [temporarily] to handle the LARGE database, everything seems to be working just fine. 1)Can you search for multiple SKUs in the search field separated by a delimiter like comma, or semi colon?
2)Is there a way to perform a math expression like 100/3 in those fields?

That’s not available currently to both, only title, long and short descriptions support multi words, space separated.
I wonder how 2) would work, you mean bulk editing by math expressions ?

You can hide search filters and set manual table height. The head title font is a standard one from wordpress. And i really can’t change the design to every request because different people have different needs.

Add new product with category have bug. Category is not save complete on product. In category widget and category list in backend is not show right count of products.
That might be because new products are created with the “draft” status, if you change the status to “publish” first, then the counter is correclty refreshed on category change.

Make sure you enter an ID of product that has those fields filled, otherwise they are not stored in the database and the plugin would not find them.

I have a client with brands(although i’m not sure if it is the same plugin), it works with custom taxonomies and they are fully supported – you can search products too.

When i create duplicates it creates a new variation which isnt linked. For example (Var of #7864) creates replicated duplicates which become (Var of 8043) How do i change the (Var of 8043) to (Var of #7864)

I have similiar problems like turner2f. I want to decrease sale prices from regular prices by 5% and the sale price does not show up in front end. I have woocommerce calls activated. When i edit the product in Woocommerce and hit the save button, sale price shows up.
Are you using the latest version 3.2.5 ? It was caused by wocoommerce cache(transients in the options table) that needed cleaning.

Sorry for not perfect English, hope people can understand:
Don’t know what happened – maybe someone has an idea before I do all the work again. I edited prices – saved. Then I edited “shipping class” – saved again. Then I edited “group of order” (custom field that was detected nicely) – saved. At last I changed all the items from “draft” to “published” – also saved that.
Now the priced still seem correct. Shipping classes are partially still there, partially gone. Group of order fields are all back to what they were before, all changes undone. It seems like the changes of the last hour or so are gone, and it must have happened when I made the bulk change from draft to published.
Any idea? Don’t want to do all the work in vain again… Unfortunately I haven’t found a way yet to import shipping classes and “group of order”, so this plugin is really helpful, but of course only as long as changes are really saved 
I’m not sure, it looks like your server experienced a PHP timeout.My advice is to lower the product limit when saving all of the products in the table.
You may be right. The problem occurs when in the last step I change the status of all products to “published” and try to save that. I did it again, saving fewer products at a time, and it worked. Thanks for replying so quickly!

Are you using the latest version ? 3.2.5 ? It was a bug in 3.2.0 for new installations i think.
ID and Title are always visible and that’s why they are not listed in the “Show/Hide Fields” dialog.

That’s not possible and I’m not sure if it should be implemented because it’s not how wordpress handles these things in general. Maybe at some later point as an option, I don’t know.
