Unfortunately, we have to deliver some bad news. We, The Postcode Team, decided to shut down our services permanently. There are many reasons for this decision. This was not a decision that we made lightly.
We do apologize we couldn’t send the news sooner. We understand the inconvenience that you might experience during this incident. It’s a pain to deal for us and our customers. We’re really sorry about that.
Nextpost was started with a mission to help people to manage their Instagram accounts and to make Instagram marketing efficient for businesses. While it was SaaS ready script with open source codes to start a business, we never intended to build a product for spamming, harassment, etc. From the first day, we always recommended to our users to use the Nextpost responsibly.
But unfortunately, things didn’t go as planned. Many people started to obtain Nextpost products in illegal ways (nulled scripts) to modify and start to use them in unintended ways. Even many users have bought the Nextpost for spamming only. This is totally against our policy. It’s a violation of the user agreement. The agreement which was available on the item sale (description) page on Envato since the very early days of the product. The agreement which is available on the script installation page that must be accepted before installing the script.
Although we were working on the next big update, it’s really hard for us to fight with all these illegal uses of Nextpost products, spammers, blackmailers who blame us for their failed business. We’ve never promised lifetime support to anybody. In fact, we’ve warned about the risks.
We strongly recommend you to read the User Agreement, Envato TOS and Envato Refund policy one more time. If you still think that you’re eligible for the refund then you’re free to send a refund request to start a discussion.
Our official websites is only getnextpost.io. Any other page, website, forum, community group, etc., or any variation of the original scripts doesn’t belong to us and we’re not responsible for them.
