- We do not give support for third party code in this case you need contact the authors
- We do not support errors caused by strong modification to the original files
- If you have a general question you can use and asking your question in the Item Discussion section
- Our time zone is GMT+1, so please keep in mind our timezone might be different from yours
Support Guidelines Requirement:Please include as much information as possible. If you ask us for support service/bug fixing — please, include the following information:
- Your purchase code. Messages without purchase code will be ignored
- Backup your website/files first
- Link to your website or app
- Website Admin: login and password
- Please make sure that all access details(login/password/etc) are correct
- Additional information (such as FTP details and access to the database and hosting control panel) may be requested if necessary
You have no Mac/PC and Android Studio/Xcode or no Developer Account?
- We will be able to compile the program for you
- Upload for publishing in the App Store or PlayStore
- We do customizations but this is not included in the package price. To get a quote for a modification you can send an email.
