I give 2 stars: First, I like the structure of the script. It is simple and relatively easy to customize the frontend UI. Second, I received replies from the creator to my questions promptly within 24h.

After investing a lot of time into understanding, customising and adapting the script to my needs, I found that there are a couple of shortcomings:

1. Maintenance: The last update was on July 15th, 2025. Honestly, I don't expect any major updates (except eventually security patches) and that the project has been basically discontinued. I found some bugs but on my explicit question when a next version release is planned, I didn't get an answer. Also this question remained unanswered: "It seems that you don’t plan any updates on the script and maintain it any more (except eventually bare security updates). Is that correct?"

2. Service: A previous script buyer wrote that the script creator is an "arrogant a****". I cannot confirm that because I don't personally know him. However, while his answers are factual, they are not at all solution-oriented but more vague, evasive and partly rude ("Read the previous emails carefully. Do not insist, next time you will be blocked and reported.")

3. Product: In my case, I am missing some core functionalities. I am not confident that the script will see future feature update. The creator does not offer paid customisations. This is ok but the issue is that the script is developed in a way that you cannot extend it without touching the core which means that you will break future updatability. I am missing some features which I put together in a separate comment.

It is sad because the basis of the script is great but a well maintained and updated script with future feature releases is even more important. I want to give valuable feedback for future improvements to the creator and other users and not devalue the work done so far. I think that the code quality is good with very few bugs. Also the documentation is helpful.
