I am overall very satisfied with the Kalles theme by The4.
The design is modern and high-quality, while clearly focused on conversion optimization. One of its biggest strengths is the large number of elements and options, which makes the theme extremely flexible and easy to customize without immediately diving deep into the code.

The price-to-performance ratio is excellent. Regular updates consistently incorporate new Shopify features and keep the theme technically up to date. Support responds quickly and is generally solution-oriented.

One point of criticism: when bugs occurred, I sometimes had to first prove in detail that the issue was actually caused by the theme. This can briefly create the feeling of not being taken seriously. However, in the end, every issue was resolved successfully.

Conclusion: A very strong, professional theme with high flexibility and solid maintenance — clearly recommended despite minor friction in the support process.
