Very Disappointed – Do Not Trust This Developer
This developer is completely unreliable. Before purchasing his product, I communicated with him over WhatsApp and was assured that updates would be released within ten days. However, no updates have been delivered, and when I followed up, he blocked me on WhatsApp.
The product itself is full of issues and lacks basic functionality. This POS software is practically useless — it doesn’t even support 80mm receipt printing, which is a standard requirement for any POS system.
I strongly advise others to stay away from this product. It’s a waste of money and time.

Two days later, they requested new custom work for their thermal and label printers.
Our IT team is currently implementing significant updates to our backend and application. While the requested functionality is already developed, it is undergoing thorough testing. We expect to complete testing and release the updates within the next 7 days.
