this theme is broken... can't create a listing and add to listing submit page. the theme uses lavo directory plugin and that is not supported anymore either.
when you cantact support for a ticket, type in your problems and hit submit it does not even work and gave a red error message so even Javo directory support page is not working properly.

I think you didn't update the newest version. Javo Core includs most of lava plugins.
You should disable all of lava plugins except javo core, lava direcotry manage plugin.
We apologize for the support site issue that a few clients have a problem to post tickets. It's conflict with new version of the 3rd party plugin. We have passed it to our developers. But it was late night. They will have a look at the ticket submit form issue.
