This author was completely unavailable from the time I purchased this theme, all the way until I decided to delete it from my Wordpress. From my experience, this was not a good author I would never like to work with because they offered no response. I waited over 6 mos and did not get any communication with this author. My 6 months getting support expired and then I was prompted from this site to pay more money to be able to reach out to them again. This was a terrible experience because I reached out to them three times. Twice on this platform and, once on their platform where I had to open a ticket for their assistance. On both platforms, they were not available to assist. Why create a theme if you know it may be buggy and buyers will need assistance to use your product? By choosing this author's theme design and trying to get assistance this delayed my launch and cost me money! They wouldn't even guide me on a simple correction on how to get the homepage set up to look like the demo they promoted. When I uploaded the design it did NOT look like anything of what was seen on the demo. At least design a professional theme that's going to look like the demo when the customer pays their hard earned money! If you have time to waste and money to go down the drain, then by all means trust this author.
