for Customer Support

They are too slow ... the theme have many issues and will not be active unless someone of the support do it for you .. and again the do it too slowly if they answer ... one star to add my review otherwise it worth nothing

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. The issue was caused by a technical limitation with your hosting. In certain cases, for security reasons, some servers block `admin-ajax.php` or `CURL`, which prevents them from connecting to our license server. As a result, license activation could not proceed.

We manually activated your license and addressed the concerns you mentioned in your email.
