This plugin is loaded with bugs, and it is developed by a very impatient developer who responds without attempting to understand the problem first. If you doubt this, read through the comments and see for yourself.

The first red flag I saw was his short-sentence responses to major issues raised. He expects you to figure out the details yourself.

Another red flag I noticed was when buyers were asking very basic questions and he will respond by saying, "You need to renew ticket for support".

I didn't think much of these because I felt I can deal with it. Alas, I was wrong.

Sidebars don't work.

Google viewer don't work. But no were in the plugin description did he mention this. He is asking that I use PDFjs because he knows that Google viewer is properly integrated. Yet he is still claiming that doc, docx, ppt, pptx, pps, xls, xlsx, and several more extensions are supported when he has poorly integrated Google viewer.

It will be a shame if he gives a lengthy response to this because he should be giving detailed response to support request instead.

I asked for a refund but he denied it in his characteristic short-sentence style. I could push for it with Envato and I will get it but that's not worth my time.

Enjoy the $37 you have earned with false claims. I think you need it more than I do.
