Very poor customer support on initial configuration. Need to use the code snd not redesign it but do to the poor design and horrible documentation, this is impossible!!!

We guided this client for many days, he even don't have knowledge about How to open documentations and he is doing reskin himself.
As per codecanyon policy installation is not included in free support though we tried to help him for some issues but we can't guide him in full reskin in free.
