I originally left a one-star review because a bug prevented me from getting the forms working. But customer support helped me fix it, so I'm updating my review to four stars. The form capability is great, but the bugs I've dealt with are very bad. This is not the first bug I've dealt with using this form plugin but was hopefully the last.
