I've been a developer for 7 years, and I've never seen support this bad.

It's simple, rather than helping you, it tells you that you don't have the level or skills to use the plugin.

For the record, my only problem is how to correct the difference in the display of earnings values on a customer's dashboard between the "referrals" page and the "MLM reports" page?

The MLM matrix does not display the "Rank rate" associated with the program, which causes a discrepancy in the amounts (it displays the amount at level 1 for a direct affiliate when it should display the rank rate amount).

When I give a precise example, taking the plugin documentation word for word, he changes the subject or pretends not to understand.

I've been tearing my hair out with them for over a week over a small point, for which I've provided screenshots, back office access, test accounts .... etc.

I've hit a brick wall.

It's sad, because the module meets my expectations, but the support is completely lacking.

I hope to be able to modify my comment if they decide to do their job properly.
