Hi, So i purchased code from them and i opted for full setup service and some custom modifications. I uploaded the Aap file that they provided to playstore and the app was live.
After a week i updated the app where i changed the logo and splash screen of the app with an update to the app and very soon to my surprise the whole Google play console was terminated with the violations of Google developer console Policies mainly
(Important: I don't know on what basis Google came to this decision but let me Quote the official email that i received from Google play store)
" Malware, Mobile Unwanted Software & Behavior Transparency Your app is not compliant with the Deceptive Behaviour policy. We expect app functionality to be reasonably clear to users, and we've determined your app includes hidden, dormant or undocumented features.
Additionally we've identified your app falls into one or both of the two categories below:
App Bundle:5
1. Your app contains code that could put a user, a user's data, or a device at risk, and/or
2. Your app does not deliver on the promises made to the user.

(Again i don't claim any of these but it was an official email from Google play store)

Also just to be clear i don't think the app has any kind of Malware or virus.

You modified the app source code by yourself and later accusing us for your own created trouble? We don't know what codes/modifications you have included later. We did not provide you this version that is indicated here https://ibb.co/c8jn7jk
Your review is unacceptable because if the source code has any kind of virus/malware then prove it. Don't forget that the last modification was done by you (not us). You can check our earlier (before your modifications) provided customized source code in virus detection tool such as https://virustotal.com
Now let's come to the "Deceptive Behavior policy": you are deceiving users by writing "Cash and Crypto" in your Google Play listing title (check above link for title). Are you promising to give cash or crypto for playing games? We have clearly warned in Admin Panel (redeem section) not to provide any real-world currency as a gift. Are you blaming us for this?
Your matter is with Google Play should not bring here if you did not find any valid reason to make this negative review. This is the 4th time you changed the review message and forcing us to write the response again and again.
