I have paid for the plugin + support yet not received any support for the last 3 months, despite me contacting multiple times.

I have found numerous bugs that I would like to discuss with the plugin developers to find a fix or see what the issue is but no one is replying to me, despite me having an active support subscription with them...

Happy to change my review if bugs are eventually fixed but I would like to be able to talk with their support too...
