Hi Author, the item DOESN'T WORK the way it should.

The re-installation has not resolved the issues I have been experiencing. Regrettably, this has left me feeling quite disappointed, as I had high hopes for the product's functionality.

Also, the author did not reply to me even though it mentioned lifetime support, no solution was given, and NO REPLY.
