As ive been with themeforest for 11 years i have come across lots and lots of support for themes and plugins were customer support is the ONLY criteria i take into consideration as we all know there are lots tire kickers in the industry so having said that i can and will say straight up that the customer support is second to none, their response, customization and solutions to a unique menu that i required was executed with professionalism and although the various difficulties encountered due to theme structure they implemented and embeded the custom work required without any additional cost.
