DO NOT waste your money on this plugin.
There is no available documentation, plugin do not work properly, technical support is total disaster and once you asked for the refund you got totally ignored.

Ad1) Vido documentation is available here: https://www.youtube.com/@arscode/videos I have sent you direct links to each videos
Ad2) Looks like Support works finbe (you got answer the same day: http://arscode.pro/screens/2023-03-21_091325.png) but you didnt want to follow the directions. Also we asked you to send us wp-admin access to check the problem (mostly it is wp theme problem). You didnt gave us a chance even to check the problem.
Ad3) To get refund please contact to EnvatoMarket staff (not to Author). You have info in "Terms".
