From the begining, the plugin is not working for Facebook and Instagram. It worked for sometime when support accessed WP admin. After sometime, it again stopped working. We contacted support. Support asked for FTP details. We provided FTP details but never heard back from them. Sent Three follow up emails, opened two new tickets.
YouTube & Twitter Feeds are working.
