I purchased the plugin with great hope but the Invitation did not work and even after providing access, they fixed it but when an update happen, it loses the fix.

Support has been very poor with little communication and sometimes waiting for 6days.

there is also visual backend that needs changes but the Developer will need to do this.

I will continue to try and if things change, I will update my feedback.

We helped you multiple times. you changed your website UI but didn't complete that properly. we notice you don't have basic concept on it.
