There were times that I made changes to one thing, and it would delete other appointments.

Bookly doesn't delete any appointments for no reason.
Possible reasons:
– You have full 2-way sync with GC or OC calendars enabled. If the booking is deleted from a personal account, it is removed from Bookly as well;
– You or someone who has access to Bookly deleted a staff member or a customer. This would remove existing appointments from the database;
– You have enabled 'Delete' in Settings > Appointments > Cancel appointment action. This way, when the customer clicks the cancel appointment link, the appointment is deleted from the calendar.
If you enabled the Logs in Bookly settings, we'll be able to check them on your end and look for the causes of the reported behavior.
