We left a comment here due to an issue we're having and the lack of answer from the developer.
The developer sent us a message asking for a demo to test.

We set up a live demo site straight from CodeCanyon, developer replied "I did test on your website and it seems working".
We replied with a VIDEO showing the issue clearly in different browsers. This was on the 6th of April.
We never heard from the developer again since.

We also submitted some questions about languages (eg, the plans content are not translatable), got no replies about this.

You pay for the script, what you see is what you get, and the rest is entirely up to you. Expect no support from here.
