After spending an entire just looking for some sort of documentation, tutorials or articles. All i could find on Bestbugs support site was 4 articles relating to Scroll Magic including and limited to - Installing, Updating, Plugin Settings and How to Get Purchase Code. Nothing about functionality or using the plugin. It's disgusting.

I came back here to look at the reviews. I wish i'd have seen them sooner. On their http://scrollmagic.bestbug.net/ site there was no mention of a second plugin required called Scrolly (http://scrolly.bestbug.net/). I feel like they based their whole business structure on deceptive tactics and it certainly feels predatory in nature.

From reading other reviews it seems they are slow/non-existent in responding to support tickets. I've sent a ticket asking for a free copy of Scrolly (which they offered to another reviewer and I expect is free to anyone who has purchased Scroll Magic Wordpress) and also links/files for the Advanced Demos (which you shouldn't even have to ask for).

It's appalling that not only are you not getting any tutorials or information on how to use the plugins, nor access to the demos you paid for, nor support, not prior knowledge that a secondary plugin is required. Hopefully i will receive some sort of response though it's disgusting that only negative reviews will motivate Bestbug to actually do anything.

I'll update if i receive any response, although i won't hold my breath.
