After installing this plugin and getting a link from dropbox and making it playable i have notice that when i right click or inspect the page i can see the assets and even download and play the material in the browser so im not sure whats going on but that would defeat the need for this plugin entirely.

Hi,
it is impossible to remove video src from browser, this is how html works.
But, you can use m3u8 hls to make source unreadable for users and ,to protect your videos: https://codecanyon.net/item/elite-video-player-wordpress-plugin/10496434/faqs/32675
Also, you can disable right click in settings.
