for Customer Support

There basically is none. All the author wants to do is say it's "your fault" or your "servers fault" but no fault lies on them and his software. It's typical really but, I'm done dealing with authors like this. They can reply back with whatever they like. I have no reason to make this up. I spent my money I'm not even asking for it back. If they want to treat their customer base like this, I won't have to do anything, Karma will one day make these authors "wish" they would have treated their customers better.

Author response

Hi, the support team provided you needed support, and they also checked all your installation/setup details even and Team gave you all proof, code has no issue. Your hosting side problem so you get an issue on your setup/code. If code has issues then we can easily solve and correct it but you need to understand/accept, always code has no issue, sometimes hosting side issues and all hosting companies have different features/functionality so sometimes your hosting does not work with code or you need to do some change hosting side then script will work without issue.

If you contact your hosting company then they will solve your issue but you guys are never ready to accept hosting have issue or any mistake on that. You just blame code and our support.

Hope you guys understand technical stuff and cooperate with the seller/authors. At list give genuine rate/reviews.

Thanks for understanding.
