i tried uploading the file to wordpress and it keeps telling me the file expired. i checked with my website host and they said the file is incomplete. No idea how to get my money back

Hi there,
What file did you try to upload? You need to extract the content of the archive and upload only the file named "fitness.zip" from the uploads folder.
