I have 3 questions please.

1- I see in admin folder (NEWS LITE CMS)
2 files, first one: forget.php and the second is: forget-confirm.php, but i can't find it in the CMS panel or main page.

Could you please explain about it ? is the cms missing some codes or panel menus ?

2- Could you improve the whole PHP NEWS CMS SCRIPTS to be multi-languages ?

3- If you open Newspaper CMS front-end main page from mobile browser, you will see an empty blank white in the right section. ( to test it, you can press in the screen and move your finger to the left, and you will see what i mean.)
This happen only to index page (main page for Newspaper CMS Template).
