Honestly, this doesn't work unless you have 100% full access to your Dedicated Server. your Shared Servers Hosted Website will not grant access to the amount of resource this products FFmpeg requires. better off on github. look at the comments and choose wiser than i did.

Hello,
Thank you for your feedback.
In general, the software will work as long as your server supports the stated requirements: https://demo.mybeatz.org/docs/#server-reqs . I've said this before, and I will say it again because I think it bears repeating: The onus is on you, the customer, to review the software requirements prior to your purchase and ensure that you have a hosting plan that supports these requirements.
FFmpeg "is" in fact a CPU-intensive operation. That said, there "are" shared hosting plans that will support FFmpeg.
Obviously, a shared hosting plan does not have the resources or flexibility that a VPS or Dedicated server has. So "you" should choose web hosting that will best accommodate your level of traffic. I.e., if you have less traffic, and/or for certain use cases, maybe shared hosting is an option for you. (Who am I to say that it isn't?) Conversely, if you have more traffic, then a VPS or Dedicated hosting plan is a better option for you.
Moreover, we provide "free" support for all of our products. So, if you have questions about the best hosting for your particular use case, then you really should open a support ticket and ask us (either before or after your purchase). That is what we are here for, and we are happy to help you find the best hosting for your needs.
You can open a new ticket in our system, now or in the future, by sending an email to: support {[at]} mp3youtu {[dot]} be.
(Note: When submitting your ticket, please provide your CodeCanyon/Envato User ID and “Purchase Code” so that we may verify your purchase. Your “Purchase Code” is available via your online Envato account and/or your purchase receipt. It is generally a long string of letters and numbers, separated by hyphens, in the following format: “xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx”.)
In summary, you can't fault the software for the kind of web hosting you choose to use. That is simply not a fair characterization and assessment of our products. (E.g., this product has no "bugs".) I've spent the better part of 10 years working as hard as anyone to maintain our products, provide free support and software updates, and generally ensure that each and every customer gets the attention that they deserve. So I prefer not to have my body of work, and my product line, reduced to decisions ("your" decisions) that are completely out of my control.
In any case, please contact us should you require further assistance. Ultimately, I want "all" of my customers to succeed! But I can only help you to the extent that you let me help you.
Thanks again.
