Hello, and I do appreciate your concern. YouTube recently made significant changes to their service that required us to update "all" of our products (https://rajwebconsulting.com/#products). Thus, we have been systematically updating these products all week. In fact, I've just submitted the updated "MP3 Converter" software files to Envato for their review. So, the updated, working software will be available to download from Envato following this review. That said, I do apologize if you did not receive a response to your email during this time. Please understand that we've been inundated with support requests/tickets since the software stopped working, so we are doing our best to keep up.
