I am really sorry about your problem.

We always care customer thought and I don't want to see angry customer because of our bad.

Everyone makes mistake, but some people denied, some people like us tend to fix mistakes. We want to fix our mistake if the issue made because of us.

So we would like to see error code, could you please send WordPress info/pass? Or please tell me how can i see this issues?

This is great journey both of us, maybe we will learn something we don't know.
