It was for us not useful at all. Support tried or seemed wanting to help but was more a hand waving reply.

The main issue is: After dequeuing one file you have to check weather the website is still ok or not; if not you just cannot un-dequeue any single file, you have to un-dequeue all files, and also remember which file was working with dequeuing. This is not bad user experience/interface programming. Sorry for the bad review. Good idea, but not well prepared interface. Thanks.
