I purchased this plugin several hours ago. I reached out to support almost immediately for a theme conflict. The author took a look around and figured out what was going on and immediately took care of it. Thats going above and beyond! Seriously about to purchase another plugin created by 42Theme. Can't go wrong when you have excellent support.
