I believe UberChart offer the widest possibilities of customization for chart.js.
There is also a brilliant idea of a spreadsheet behind the chart where you only have to copy/paste data from Excel. Sadly, the actual spreadsheet lacks the first column - of the row label, and it looks like an unfinished implementation. The author is aware. I will gladly upgrade the review to 5 stars when it will be implemented.
