Please post in the support forum as I mentioned in reply to your comment. You purchased more than two years ago and you support period is expired since March 2016! Plus, the import works at all other users so it's probably not a theme issue but a issue of your installation! Maybe you've not installed the WP import plugin. The import is standard Wordpress functionality and nothing theme specific!
Regarding customisation: we use open files and prepared custom css files as well as javascript files. And you can also add custom code in the backend via customisation panel. Have you read the manual properly?!?
However, when you have a valid support licence I'm happy to have a look at it. No reason to give a bad rating.
