Cons:
Doesn't seem to work well with WordPress 4.9.4 (layout issues in the backend). Documentation is lacking. Layout of the tickets is poor without modifying the css. Instructions for PayPal setup didn't work (return url can't be blank). Would be great if it had a theme for the plugin. I already have a WordPress theme.
I will probably uninstall and find a better plugin.
