While I could select other reasons, the support is really exceptional. I was asking for another field to add fax numbers. The author went ahead and built a complete system to add arbitrary new fields. Incredibly powerful. I won't claim my inquiry being the reason for extending the plugin this way, as he had thought about doing something like that for some time. That doesn't diminish the experience, though.

I'm not giving a good review because I got what I wanted, but because the solution is so much better than anything I had hoped for. A solution that - in my opinion - greatly adds value to an already great plugin.

All the time the author was forthcoming, exceptionally friendly in the support forum and in his mails, and responding quickly.

Yeah, and of course it also helps, that the plugin itself is really great, too :)
