Poor support and very rude. I saw plenty of problems and the author is unwilling to resolve it unless you site in front of your pc and talk to them on skype.

We already give full support and solve your issue but this person not want cooperate with our technical team. Many buyer purchase product and no one have any issue. If anyone have then we already solve that. We also solve your problem but you not want follow our instruction then we can't do anything more. Our support team give proper information but you behave rudely with them. Hope in future you will not do like this with any other Author.
