Hi, wordfence tells me the following: The Product Filter for WooCommerce plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Privilege Escalation in all versions up to, and including, 9.1.2. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Shop Manager-level access and above, to elevate their privileges to that of an administrator.

I noticed that version 2.2.3 of the plugin has been released; however, the changelog has not been updated since October 2025. Additionally, the update notes indicate compatibility only up to WordPress 6.7, while the current WordPress version is 6.9. Could you please clarify whether the plugin is still actively maintained? We cannot proceed with updates without knowing what changes have been made in the latest release. The absence of detailed information makes it difficult to ensure stability and security. This plugin becomes unusable if it does not align with the update cycles of WooCommerce and WordPress, as we need to apply their updates promptly. We cannot afford for XforWooCommerce to become the limiting factor in our update process. Please provide an updated changelog and confirm compatibility with the latest WordPress and WooCommerce versions.

Need a refund because the xwoocommerce wasn’t what we needed for our project. We can’t even use the plugin (you should put on your site that it is not made for x formerly twitter. Hi, with another plugin? I hope they’re not for selection as mixing these I don’t think it’ll work? If it does, I guess there’s no selection, and that hook action or priority needs to be altered.

Hi. Using the plugin, I have some colors configured, but one color always disappears.

For example in this product: https://akalux.eu/producto/alfombrilla-para-bmw-1-e82-coupe-2007-2013/

In the first option the dark gray disappears, and in the second the black.

Sometimes some of the colors do appear, but not always.

I have tried disabling everything except woocommerce and xforwoocommerce and still happens. With only Woocommerce if all the attributes appear.

Hi, custom ordering from the plugin is the problem here, disable that for now. Also you can create ordering in attributes etc. but it is a bug and it’ll be taken care of.

Thank you. So it is solved, and sorting in the attributes themselves I put the same order that I had before. So that’s solved.

Hi, i have an issue with the badges and counters. i don’t see anymore where i can set my created badge on the administrator page of a woocommerce product. As example you can see this page. The badge appear on the right top corner, but if i want to change the badge whit another it impossible. The section in the relative prdoduct administration doesn’t appear.

Hello, can you quickly send me the .pot file for the FR version or update the translation files for your plugin? I sent you an e-mail a few days ago on this subject but it is a bit urgent now ;-(. Since the last update in January 2025, it seems that all the translation files are empty!!!???? I’ve checked the files for several languages and it seems that the translations are missing from the pot files. I do have a backup of the penultimate version of the .po and .mo files, but there seem to be fewer string translations.

Hi, translations are bad and wrong. This is why they were removed. The good thing is that I’ve made them automated, and you’ll be soon introduced with the new translation files that will be updated as the plugin is and there won’t be any work on top, so it’ll work out of the box. Still, we’re one update from there, and you’ll have to be patient about it. Thanks.

Hi, I suggest you don’t use the adoptive filtering there, as I can see that you add multiple “osobenosti” to the product and this will not get correctly displayed because it obscures the results and makes errors. Then it should be just fine, or at least, turn it off for that filter if you use it in other filters.

I have set the filter up and some of the terms are not working such as in stock or category. I have reset all woocommerce settings in woocommerce status. i have recounted terms etc but still not working. the site is https://discountwashers.co.uk

Usually on demo websites products are corrupt in a way, can you enable filters to see what’s going on? Thank you.

Hello. I am having trouble with this plugin. When i activate the product loop it is fine on desktop view but it is not displaying correctly in mobile view? It does not stack the elements in it, it seems to squash the image and title on the same row.

also this only happens in list mode in mobile view, the grid mode displays fine. Is there a way to define which default display is set to the mobile and desktop view?

so as a work around i have set the default view to grid. This only puts 1 column on mobile so it works but now i have the issue that the grid table floats to the right pushing the table over to the left. Can i disable the view selection so that it just stays in grid mode?

OK, feels better now, for me it works ok and I see there’s a progress. For the grid/table you can disable the selection in the Product Loops>Installation. I’ll check more on your website later today and msg you with details.

The filter has developed this weird behaviour after updating to the latest version where I only see “Filter products Showing 1 – 12 of 12 results” in the filter area and if I click that text it then shows the filters. Is this a settings thing causing this?

Solved, appears some settings were reset when I updated.

I always get that my registration key is not working. When I enter: Invalid XforWooCommerce.com registration key I got this key from your website, my domain is registered. But I cant activate the plugin, I did no noticed when it happened as I just now wanted to check why Disciunt labe counts percentage wrong, but I can’t reach settings. Tried envato code and Activation key from your page.

I’ve bought the plugin but I can’t access the Help Center account using the envato login in order to copy the licence or the answer to the ticket I’ve already opened yesterday.

The error is Provided code doesn’t seem to be coming from Envato.

Can you help? If not, please refund me and I will look for another plugin that can do what I need.

It’s been 4 days since I’ve bought this plugin. I haven’t been able to activate the license and I got not support from the seller, except a request to offer admin access which is ludicrous as I can’t give admin access to my platform for a problem which obviously is not caused by my website.

So DO NOT BUY THIS PLUGIN!!!!! I don’t know if I will recover my money. The seller is not answering my emails nor my posts here.

ENVATO how come you let these scammers to sell their junk plugins here without taking any actions given the number of comments about problems after buying the plugin.
