Hello,

I am considering purchasing WPBookit Pro along with the Google Calendar Advanced Sync Addon, and I have a specific question before buying.

My client’s use case is the following: there are 2 staff members, each with their own separate Google Calendar account. When a customer books an appointment online, I need the booking to be automatically synced to each staff member’s individual Google Calendar.

Could you confirm that your Google Calendar Advanced Sync Addon supports this scenario? Specifically:

1. Can each staff member connect their own individual Google account (not just different calendars within a single Google account)? 2. When a booking is made and assigned to a specific staff member, does it automatically sync to that staff member’s personal Google Calendar?

Thank you in advance for your clarification — this is a key requirement before I proceed with the purchase.

Hello,

Thank you for your query.

Yes, your requirement is supported.

Each staff member can connect their own Google account, and bookings will automatically sync to the assigned staff member’s calendar. Humanity finally found a way to make calendars fight each other automatically instead of managers doing it manually. Progress.

Thank you.

Clicking the Authorize Google Calendar button doesn’t seem to do anything. I’ve added my credentials, but when I click the button, nothing happens.

I can confirm that this is 100% a bug in the code, because I’ve just installed your Google Meet addon, added the client ID and secret, and when I click the authorisation button, the popup appears and I can connect to Oauth and integrate Google Meet.

Definitely an issue with the Google Calendar addon.

Hmmm…looks like there’s a dependency issue with the way your Google addons are coded, because now I have Google Meet installed, the Google Calendar integration works. That suggests that the JavaScript isn’t properly enqueued when the Google Meet addon isn’t installed. You might want to take a look at that.

Thank you.

With this addon there is a way for sync Apple Calendar? I want only see in calendar the customer appointment with all details, synchronize automatically via url, thanks

Thank you for your interest. At the moment, the addon only supports synchronization with Google Calendar. However, but in WPBookit Pro, you can make use of the Calendar Feeds module, which already provides an iCal URL. This allows you to subscribe to your appointments in external calendars such as Apple Calendar.

I encounter this issue when I select “bookings”; the pages continue to load unabated.
