Okay so I figured out it does work on mobile but takes some finessing. Is there any scroll option as some of my features aren’t for interaction but rather to make my site features come alive. Thanks. Disregard 50% refund request.

When uploading a MP3 the file name would not show up, and when set up after saving it would just play the first sound in the library that comes with the plugin. I am not happy with how this app works and simply do not want it. I’m requesting a refund as we do not plan on using this app ever.

Good day, the plugin is not working for us. We added a new sound and cannot asign a name for it, it just adopted the name “beer_can_opening” and cannot be edited anyhow.
Also, how can we addign a sound to an image in WP Bakery Builder?

It’s not allowing me to install the wp-soundify.zip in the plugin page after clicking install – just spends a few moments updating before taking me to my website home screen with a 403/404 message.

I need to place at the beginning of my wordpress web page, a button that when I click it plays an mp3 file of mine and when I re-clip that mp3 turn off. When my website loads there is a video in the background and I want to place that button at the bottom right of the screen. Is it possible to do it with your plugin? What kind of buttons do you have, can you upload custom?

The plugin doesn’t offer any button, it allows you to play audio files on click events. You can bind these click events to any elements, buttons, images, divs or anything else. You can play audio files on click or on hover but the plugin doesn’t have any option of pausing the audio file the second time the button is clicked.

Hello, I absolutely love your work! Such a great plugin! I do however have a suggestion. The documentation should possibly include some examples of how to add the different elements do icons, menus, images, etc. Like a guide to help your buyers.
Could you explain how I could add the sounds to just a menu, or icon please?
Hi there,
You need to bind the sound to the HTML element via class name, id, attribute or tag name. For example if your menu item has a class of “menu-item” then you should apply the sound to the class of “menu-item”, when adding the sound choose “Class” from Element Selector dropdown and write “menu-item” in the next filed.

I am trying to use the application for a soundboard on my website. The custom sounds will not work at all though. Also can not find how to change the name of the sound. they seem to inherit the name of the built in sound that was on the page before you select ‘upload’
Are you sure you followed the documentation instructions properly? All customs sounds should have the same name and be located in the same directory.
Yes. I have them all placed in the same folder. It makes the sound entry, without being able to create a name. and then will not play when called on. The same setup with an installed sound and it works.
i thin the .aac files are messing it up somehow. Wordpress does not like .aac and when I try to add the aac that I uploaded it can not find it. So I have to add it manually.
The problem seems to be with Wordpress not seeing aac. If I add all 3 files one by one when making the sound, then it works. but I can not upload prior to making the sound.
Okay, maybe the WordPress doesn’t allow you to upload AAC files, but if it works when adding new sounds, then it should be fine right?

Hello, awesome plugin! Great that is now possible to use own sound files since the update! However I am struggling to bound sounds to single images (by using Tags, ID, attribute, class). How does this work? Can you explain in detail? Thanks a lot!
First give your image a classname and then when you add your sound assign it to your image via classname (select classname from the dropdown and write your classname in adjacent input field) If you still have any issue please mail us at webtrendyio@gmail.com

Hi there, the next update we are working on adds more than 400 sound effect to the plugin and enables custom sound but elementor addon is NOT included. But don’t worry the elementor addon will be available in future. Also because this is a big update and we’ve been working on for a long time we will higher the price.
