Do you realize that your demos are largely not working? I was considering purchasing your plugin because it has the functionality I’m looking for, but with the bad reviews and your own demos not working, it’s clear that your plugin has serious problems that you’re not on top of. I will keep looking. But I just wanted to let you know why I didn’t buy your plugin.
When I purchase that plugin, can I use more than one site (Like Live and Staging site)
I’m trying out the free version of the plugin but it’s not working so I’m not confident to purchase. When I create/update a twitter feed it says “Feed has been updated successfully. ( 0 feeds added )”. I’ve tried several different ways and always get the same message.
On Layout Settings, : Social Stream … Only show Tiktok and Pinterest.

Before retrieving any social stream feeds, you first need to authorize the respective social stream using different authentication data. To do this, follow these steps:
1. Open the Social Authentication Settings by clicking on the “Social Authentication” menu. 2. Once the page opens, you will see different stream options. 3. Fill in all the required authentication data for each respective social stream. Once you have provided the necessary authentication data, that social stream will be available for you.
By default, only TikTok and Pinterest are shown, as they do not require authentication before retrieving their feeds.
can ads be placed to posts?

Hope you are doing well. Sorry ads can not be placed to posts. as its comes form related social media feed. As moment its not features. we will check its possibility and may add in future versioin.

Can the plugin be used to show content from Facebook pages or Instagram profiles other than the ones I own? For example, would I be able to create a feed with content from the Facebook pages of Nike, Adidas and Reebok? Thanks.

You mean to tell me that it took you 26 days to reply to my question and then you direct me to sign up for an account on your website for me to wait another 26 days for you to help me with the product that I purchased from you?
Your product does not work. I needed help with it and it took you 26 days to respond. That is poor customer service and you should be ashamed of yourself for ignoring my issue

Sadly, we never got the images showing during the support period and have come back to try to get it to work again but it only displays the text and FB icon (I have display images checked). I don’t want to pay for another round of support if the plugin just won’t work. How can I know or should I just try another plugin?
If you can’t get it to work would I get the second support payment refunded?

Hi, i have upgraded and paid for more support (had to send an email to your support ticket email address). There is a ticket now in the support system. But I haven’t had a reply (24 hours). I couldn’t get the support page to work for sending in info as the captcha wouldn’t allow me to fill the field (tested in Chrome/FF). I’m really keen to sort this out asap. Thanks
Is there somewhere secure I can provide logins so you can check this? We have the FB app created but something doesn’t seem quite right.

I bought a while ago, just tried to use it… It says only pinterest, wp, rss, tiktok? I was going to use it for Youtube and Twitter… no use now? ANd where is your install video?

Hello, Why don’t you make upgrade with options that we can put multiple networks in stream and you can filter which network stream you want to see.

Here are the answers of your questions.
1) new feeds will be loading automatically especially for hashtags with out any restrictions in this plugin? >> yes. social media feeds we are getting using token. Token has some expiry depends on social media. So you need to update periodically from backend.
2) also can set the refresh rate for loading new contents >> Yes. You can set refresh time from plugin backend
