Regarding your query Our plugin change alt tags on run time this mean you do not need to add alt tags for your images this plugin will get alt tag based on global settings from plugin this mean you can select alt tag as product title, category, tag and this will replace alt tag of images with one of these options .
Regarding your second query, if you will remove our plugin then all tags will be removed also.
