I was using WP Fly Menu, and it didn’t work with the new WP version so I found yours which is very similar! Unfortunately, I am having trouble with the Z-Axis, and when you twirl the submenus, and try to scroll up or down, instead of moving the menu, it moves the page behind it.

For users having trouble with this plugin not showing the popup in the menu editor. The pop up just shows a blank white box, this is an issue with the plugin not using properly formatted code for php8. You have to open the file “edfm-nav-menu-popup-settings” under inc->backend->nav-menu-settings

and then replace the three lines near the top with this:

$menu_id = sanitize_text_field( $_POST[“menu_id”] ); $menu_item_id = sanitize_text_field( $_POST[“menu_item_id”] ); $menu_item_title = sanitize_text_field( $_POST[“menu_item_title”] );

I think we found a small bag, can you please help to fix.

In the settings for “Font and Color” for “Child Menus Settings” I have set a color for the background (not an image). the same is for “Menu Additional Content Settings” – I have a background color selected, so the background type is set to “none” (the option is “none” or “image”). However, I noticed that with the above settings I get these errors when debugging: Undefined variable: edfm_child_background_image_url in ...\wp-content\plugins\eight-degree-fly-menu\inc\frontend\edfm-frontend-style.php on line 331

and

Undefined variable: edfm_description_background_image_url in .../wp-content/plugins/eight-degree-fly-menu/inc/frontend/edfm-frontend-style.php on line 338

Can this be updated to support PHP 8? Currently, the menu editor options in Appearance > Menu shows a white box with error 500 about admin-ajax.php.

Reverting to PHP 7.4 fixes it.
