I can give you access to my site where the plugin is installed and you will see it. It doesn’t work on my site. If deactivate the plugin, it works. I have tried deactivating all plugins and activating only yours, but the problem has not been solved. The favicon is gone and the navigation buttons in the mobile version don’t click well.
Poor navigation for the average user is in the mobile version. The computer version works fine.
Noticed that: 1. If (in the mobile version) you click on the chat to open a dialog box, then the site navigation works well. 2. If you close the dialog window, then the navigation works poorly (in the mobile version) .

I noticed that when writing a dialog box does not scroll and have to scroll with the mouse. 2. would be great to be able to add hyperlinks, product pages, videos 3. it would be great to be able to set chat bots on different pages with different dialogs. 4. I read on your website that you can even add the ability to communicate audibly with the robot. That’s great, if that can be done. It would be like Google Now, Siri, or Cortana.

yes it’s possible if you know how to do it. we’re not familiar with Magento perhaps if you know how to play with codes & stuff like it you can surely do it.

The Problem of zhe most chatbots is, that the page speed goes hard down.
it’s about just 3.67 MB and our chatbot won’t make your page speed down. 
Then write it in your description with google speed test before and after installation. You are the first on this marketplace with this info to increase 0% speed. Most take 6%-15% of the speed. Cool when you have 0%

Can the chatbot also fill pdf files with the answers of the user? For e.g., if we ask the user to answer with his name and age, the answers could be parsed to a form or a document or something similar?
